INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The vessel is in excellent general condition following an extensive 2020 refit. The interiors are beautifully maintained and refined, with well-kept exteriors.
Layout:

VIP Cabin: Forward with double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower box.

Master Cabin: Amidships with double bed, desk with ottoman, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower box.

Guest Cabin (Port): Two twin beds, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower box.

Guest Cabin (Starboard): Bunk beds with bathroom access (also serves as a day head).

Dining/Salon: Large U-shaped light leather sofa, dining table, hideaway LCD TV, and lacquered wood cabinetry.

Galley: Separate kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, sink, oven, and American-style refrigerator (450 L).

Crew Cabin: Twin beds with private bathroom and independent entrance from the cockpit.

Finishes: Classic cherry wood interiors with cream leather inserts and upholstery. The salon features a C-shaped cream leather sofa and satin cherry table. The flybridge and cockpit feature teak flooring and complete outdoor galley setups (sink, BBQ, fridge).

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

Comfort: Air conditioning (new unit), Idromar watermaker (150 L/h), safe, dishwasher (12-place), washing machine, and dryer.

Entertainment: Bose Sound System, 3 stereo systems (Fly, Dinette, Master), Sat TV system with hideaway LCD TV.

Deck & Hull: Hydraulic gangway (3m), Besenzoni electric-hydraulic gangway, 30kg Bruce anchor, swim platform integrated into the hull with teak base and storage for a jet ski.

Covers: Cockpit enclosure, "Norwegian" winter canvas with windows, 2 Bimini tops with stainless frames.

Maneuvering: Bow and Stern thrusters, searchlight, hidden mooring equipment.

Tender: Included with outboard motor.

INSTRUMENTATION DESCRIPTION
Complete Raymarine New Generation (2020) electronics, fully interfaced and repeated on the flybridge:

Plotters: 3 x Raymarine Axiom displays (12RV/16S) at the main helm; 2 x Axiom displays (12S/9) on the flybridge.

Radar: Raymarine Quantum 2 (48 nm).

Autopilot: SIMRAD AP20.

Communication: SIMRAD + Raymarine VHF radiotelephones.

Systems: Microcommander electronic single-lever controls, VDO instrumentation, and a synoptic panel for engine indicators.

Electrical: 2 x Kohler 17.5 kW generators, 2 x separate battery chargers (Dolphin 12V/24V), 7 new batteries (2020), 80L boiler.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
2020 Refit Highlights:

Mechanical: Comprehensive service on MTU 12V183 engines (exchangers, sea water pumps, injectors, all hoses/pipes replaced).

Power: Installation of 2 x Kohler 17.5 kW generators.

Engine Room: Full restoration and new soundproofing.

Hull: Brought to zero with anti-osmosis treatment and silicone-based antifouling.

Interior/Exterior: Salon and cabin wood repainted; all exterior and salon upholstery replaced.

Deck: 2 x Quick Dave 3000W 24V windlasses installed with 170m of total chain; teak deck re-caulked (2022).

Galley Upgrade: New stainless steel fridge with dual compressors, new oven, and microwave.
